Frontierz was created to solve a very specific problem: how to move artificial intelligence from availability to real, sustained use inside companies.
Training is the natural way to bring AI into organizations. Teams learn new concepts, explore tools, and understand the potential. But as AI becomes more accessible, a pattern emerges. What people learn does not always carry over seamlessly into everyday work. The knowledge is there, but turning it into consistent practice requires, in some cases, closer guidance.

This challenge became evident through years of hands-on experience at Founderz, the largest artificial intelligence training school in Europe.
